The mission of the Heritage Elementary School Site Council is to be the first step in a formal process for developing improvement strategies and for allocating resources to support these efforts. They will develop a comprehensive Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), ensure the school is continually engaged in identifying and implementing curriculum and instructional practices, and develop a budget aligned to categorical funds requiring decisions from the SSC. The SSC will continuously plan, monitor and review for effectiveness.
